Horrible mortgage company. They are completely and utterly incompetent. We have called multiple times asking for our escrow account to pay our property taxes and NO RESPONSE. now we are getting threatened with a tax lien on our house. Stay far away!!!!! They do not know how to do their jobs. Absolutely inept

Absolutely awful! First time home buyer the conversation was like two seconds then he told me just to fill the app. out and I’d have an answer in 1-2 days. So I did all that, then on the 3rd day messaged to see if I had an answer. He sent me a short message back saying I was not approved because of my dti & part of my income was not included. After that message he would not answer my messages or return my phone calls. My dti is 3% and no idea why they didn’t include part of my income. Since my other mortgage company did. So I still never heard any response from him of why. Luckily another mortgage company was able to handle the process and was able to get me the loan. I wouldn’t use mortgage movement at least not this office again, even if I were paid to.
