Great experience all of the way through! Lindsey was attentive and answered all of our questions. Because of her advise, we are now in our forever dream home. The process was easy and the online signing made closing take only 7 minutes! The ONLY issue I had was when SOMEONE ELSE on their team called to verify my employment and called me to say the phone number from Google was wrong. Since I manage our Google account and it’s my voice you hear when you call our office, I know that to be false. Everything was great except for an unfair deadline to close we were given at the very end. Our closing was delayed as a result of probate court delays (out of our control). We were given what I believe was a make believe deadline to close and were threatened that our locked in mortgage rate would increase if we did not close on that exact date and time we were given. As a result, we were forced to reschedule our 6 month old son’s monthly eye appointment that could not be rescheduled for another 3 weeks. That left a poor taste in our mouths at the very end. Up until that point, everything was perfect.

Bogdan knows what he is doing. He helped us get our loan as quick as possible cause of some complications we had with another loaner. He knew the answer to every question I had and made this process go as smooth as possible. He was very helpful and went everything we didn’t understand since it was our first time buying a house.
