I only take friends that have account's here, I personally will never become a member here, 20 year's ago I walked in to setup a direct deposit checking account, in my hand I had a Social Security check for $12,000 and it was valid, plus a guaranteed one a month direct deposit from Social Security for a good amount also, they checked my credit report and after a bad divorce that left me with clothes on my back my credit was left in the toilet, when the staff member returned I was told that they would not be doing business with me and opening up me an account, because my credit report and score was not good enough(High enough) for them to open an account. What a bad credit report has to do with a checking account I don't know, plus the individual upon returning was now very condescending, rude and very discriminatory

The tellers are based! The people are always friendly. Would recommend banking at MACU

When I can enter the bank and conduct business in person it is so much more meaningful to me and the personal touch is so much better. I can get transactions and questions taken care of and answered so much easier in person. The personnel make the visits more helpful when I have questions or problems. It been a week for them to take care of a breach of my account and no one follow though on taking care of problem. No phone call or no email which they promised. Lack of responsibility and follow though is a trip. I talked to the same lady four times in one week. Unbelievable. Next will be I'm sorry did we do that. Oh I'm so sorry. Well your sorry does get me access to my money. Well I just going to have to give them a hug.

Went in today and was helped out by a very caring and understanding service representative by the name of Jessica. She was very knowledgeable and was able to give me some great advise and resources to assist with my needs. The atmosphere was very inviting and cheerfully decorated. Very much so recommend Mountain America Credit Union for your Richfield needs.

We just love coming in to Mountain America credit Union . We love them all people work their ! But I want give big love shout out Lisa Thomas every time we go in she has pretty smile and warm greeting she make you feel like family . She dose amazing job so kind and understanding. We love you Lisa

We have been members for a number of years. The employees at the Richfield Branch have always treated us well. It is an awesome branch. We would not bank anywhere else.

Awesome credit union. The tellers and other staff are always very helpful and friendly in dealing with any issues you may have. The fees associated with accounts and cards are generally small or nonexistent. MACU also has locations all throughout the state so you're not going to have any issues if you move somewhere else in Utah or just need to do business somewhere else in the state.

I was very disappointed to see that on Monday, November 2, 2020, Mountain America was not enforcing the mask mandate posted on their door. I would not be comfortable having my elderly mother, who is the main account holder, visit this bank. I always thought Utahns cared about each other. Now I see the Governor has declared a state of emergency. Shame on Richfield branch for not enforcing this to begin with.
