Normally I love mountain America! The last month, is making me think otherwise though. The ATM has had problems the last 3 weeks I have tried to go. This means over 5 attempts. I work and can’t get there before close. It’s ridiculous that I can’t deposit cash or get cash back because the machine is always messed up. I’m to the point, I’m ready to find another credit union that has a working ATM.

I went to the Nampa branch to find out about my Rewards credit card, and what my rewards were. Jerry showed me his screen, which showed so many points.He explained that he didn't know which rewards l had chosen, but I need to install MACU's app., as my statement wouldn't show them. He and Kimberly helped set up an account for me. Because of changes and security in place, l needed to wait 24 hours. Today, Lauren, another friendly and helpful teller, was able to setup my account on my phone. I just wish l remembered how to do it, so I'll visit them again tomorrow.

Been a member for 2 years, and all of a sudden they are no longer being transparent about their policy changes. Got locked out of my account and told that I'm restricted and after a long call with the service center they told me they'd reach back out within 3 days. Not sure what changed but I'm ready to move banks again.

LOVE THIS BANK. WOULD HAVE GIVEN 5 STARS HOWEVER WHEN YOU TRY TO CALL THE BRANCH THEIR AUTOMATED PHONE SYSTEM IS INFURIATING. YOU TRY TO ASK FOR A REPRESENTATIVE OVER AND OVER AND HAVE TO JUMP THROUGH A BUNCH OF HOOPS TO ACTUALLY GET TRANSFERD TO TALK TO SOMEONE IN PERSON. ITS ABSOLUTLY TERRIBLE

I have never been let down by MACU. Any time i run into an issue and I call them they are so nice and always can fix the problem. Their call center is amazing and they really have always put me first. Thank you!

I went it on Saturday to complete a fairly complicated research of a transaction. Lily at the Nampa, ID branch listened and then went above and beyond to help track down documents, information and resources for accounts that are many years old. She made me feel valued, respected and supported as I made some tough decisions. I am so thankful for her help and dedication to customer service.

I searched multiple Banks to see the best fit to refinance my home. Mountain America was by far the best route to go. Not only could they complete reasonable closings dates but their customer service is second to none. Nichole and Heidi were great to work with.
