I had the opportunity to work with Kyle (a Trainee) about a week ago. Kyle’s Professionalism was beyond an awesome experience. Having been a Branch Manager at a bank previously, Kyle is the exact employee you’d want and need to take care of all your banking needs. Courteous and (as rare as it can be), empathy. I just appreciate the willingness of Kyle (a Mountain America Credit employee), for his demeanor.

I made the mistake of getting myself into a pay day car loan. I had been paying twice a month for a year and the principal had gone down 40$ !!! THEY recommended I go talk to Mtn America. Chris the loan officer worked for over an hour to"massage" my credit and made me a deal where I could pay off Quick Loans and have a little extra for rent I left in tears because they had saved my butt!! Will be forever grateful to them. The time and care they took to get me out of a situation I had stupidly gotten into was amazing!! ❤

We stopped in to get Mason Brown's help with a couple of issues we were having, and I have always been impressed with his willingness to listen to our needs and provide simple solutions. It's a joy doing business with this branch and Mason in particular. Thanks for the personal care, Mason.

This Mountain America Credit Union branch has probably been the most helpful and accommodating financial institution I have worked with in a long time. I had some issues with selling some stock to transfer to a Roth account. They got on the phone with the association and helped me walk thru all the steps to transfer the money. Thank you

I was working to get my credit back to a respectable number after a job ending injury and years of struggling. I went here to open a new Checking account. They set it up, Got me a signature loan to pay off a few hits on my credit report, and lifes been looking alot better since. I appreciate a bank or credit union that is there for its customers. THEY DID ME A SOLID!!!!.....I believe I have found a new home for my banking business...M.A.C.U is great

Opening a checking account was easy and smooth! The direct deposit paperwork had a voided check ready to go loved it. Sadie was sweet and a pleasure to work with.
