Mountain America Credit Union Vernal

Stopped in to open an account, disappointed by the lack of attention given, not very busy and yet I had to wait while one loan officer was with someone else the other was sitting at his desk with no one to help. Finally I just walked out. I mentioned my experience to others in my family and they said they had similar experiences. Most Credit unions I have dealt with in the past are much friendlier than most banks and really have gone out of their way to serve my needs, I felt as though me business was unimportant to them.

I recently visited the West Vernal branch to open a checking account and transfer the balance of two credit cards from the Bank of America in California where I had lived my entire life. I sat down with Nikelle thinking this is all I would be doing. She was extremely knowledgeable and during the course of our conversation she began to review my financial situation with me. I transferred my current car loan over to them which cut my APR in half lowered my monthly payment and reduced the length of my loan! She consolidated my other monthly debts into a Signature loan which is now just the one lower payment. Nikelle did a great job and I strongly recommend Mountain America for your financial needs and planning.

I am so grateful for Cat's assistance and help to get me transferred to your bank. I just love her efficiency in dealing with the details and boring stuff. I ran into some problems on my bill pay this month.The teller who took care of me when I came in the other day, kept at it until the trouble was taken care off and fixed! Thank you all!

They have never answered any of my phone calls. Maybe theyre better in person but if i expect to be helped over the phone i have to call a different city. Both mountain Americas here dont EVER answer the phone

The customer service I received from 3 different ppl I talked to today. (I wish I would have wrote their names down) were amazing. They seriously need acknowledged. My fault I was stressing a little bit and they were so sweet and helpful. I wish all cust reps were this nice and helpful. If I could give more stars I would. Thank u so much Maryann mcclure.

Awesome service from the loan officers to the branch mgr. Brandon and Meg are both outstanding to work with and total professionals. Most importantly they are personable and understanding people, ready to assist in times of crisis. I recommend this branch in the highest regard.

We have been banking with MACU for many years. We have always had great experiences as we did online, lobby or drive thru banking.

Worst bank they dont even deserve 1 star had the atm still 2000 dollars that was going to a loan and they do nothing to help me they just say well that sucks more less they also told me I would have my card today out of the atm and I have to keep calling them to see if i can come get it and what's going and if I didnt have a loan I would shut everything off at this bank and go bank somewhere Els
