I am not one to write reviews often, but I read them almost anytime I am about to make a purchase, so I hope this helps someone who may be like me! Terri and her team were phenomenal! Terri saved us thousands of dollars on the purchase of our first home and we could not be more thankful for her and her team! Her professionalism is unmatched, she had answers to every question, (day or night) and the communication was ALWAYS there! As a first time home buyer, this was a nervous experience for us, but she made the process extremely smooth and broke everything down to where it made sense - we can not be more thankful for her. We had a tight time crunch with a deadline to meet, (apartment lease) and she made sure we closed on time - from the day we made an offer to the day we closed was less than 30 days, unheard of!! Save yourself the headache and call Terri yesterday!

Purchasing a home is a huge event in anyone's life. The people that you choose to assist you through that process will absolutely influence how smoothly things go. Terri was absolutely the best person I could've ever hoped to have guide me through the process. She was available and patient for all of my questions, explained everything in advance. And when there were bumps in the road on the selling side, she always remained calm and professional and figured our way through it. I appreciate Terri so much for her work, her time spent, and for the reassurances through the process. I couldn't have asked for a better team to purchase my first home than with Terri and Lauren. After no communication with another broker, I decided to call Terri. It was the best decision I made!!! She made the home buying process so easy and always went above and beyond. We were in our new home in no time. We are so thankful to have been able to be lead to Terri and her team.

Excelente service, knowledge, and commitment. Terri was recommended by a colleague of mine after my previous loan was denied, she knocked it out of the park.
