Dave Fahrmann did an amazing job helping me secure my mortgage. He truly made the experience so much less stressful and anticipated many things that I would need so I had time to prepare them for an easier closing on my first house. He worked really hard to get the job done within my short time frame (I was 7 to 8 months pregnant during the process and needed to close on the house before giving birth) and was constantly communicating with me and updating me as things moved along. I was speaking with another mortgage broker from a different company initially, and my interactions with them led to a lot of confusion and I didn't really feel comfortable working with them. Once someone recommended Dave to me and I spoke with him, he immediately made me feel at ease and I felt very comfortable moving forward with him. He took the time to explain things to me so that I would understand the process fully. I have recommended him to my friends and family during their house hunting, and I really hope that if I decide to find a new home in the future I can work with him again!
