Called just to get information and received instead a 10 minute info seminar on loans and how we should go about getting one. Professional, informative, pleasant, and helpful despite the fact that I live in Missouri and they can't actually personally do anything for me. Wish they were here or that I lived in Florida or Colorado. They went way out of their way to help me better understand what I called to learn about. 10/10 and would gladly would call again.

I wasn't expecting to speak to a certified real estate badass and genuine nice guy like Michael. He answered our questions, gave us some strategic advise and despite not being licensed in our state, hooked us up with a quote from another lender who could help.

Michael Williamson was my mortgage broker for a recent real estate purchase. I would happily use Michael again, if I ever need another mortgage. Every lender makes the process a kind of 'box checking exercise' — for example, if you submit account statements that show *more than twice* the savings required to make the required down payment for your desired loan, the lender will typically still want a "LOX" (letter of explanation), if one of your account statements shows an unexplained "large deposit", even when that deposit has no effect on your ability to close the loan, if it were simply ignored. And Michael is really good at making this process with the lender go smoothly. I had another loan application in the works, when I contacted Michael, and I ended up going with Michael, because he gave me more confidence that he understands the process better, and I'm happy that I switched.

Michael was extremely helpful throughout the entire home buying process. Incredibly responsive, even on the weekend. He understands the process in great detail and is happy to offer guidance without pushing his agenda. I’d recommend Michael without hesitation and will look to continue to work with him in the future.
