The communication was awesome. It was no worries as to what would happen next. Fairway Independent Mortgage itself is wonderful. We loved the communication with the staff that actually does the work. Ian Mills was HORRIBLE to work with. He played the name blame card multiple times and talked down to women or the person "not in charge". I would not suggest having him as a loan officer. He made the closing experience for his clients far worse than it needed to be and made everyone bend to his schedule. Disappointed with the experience and hope I never have to work with him again.
