After that, Clay sent us links to a very useful tool that detailed all of our options, and how each would impact our closing costs and monthly payments. He even included personal video messages to help explain things that were more complex. We had zero bumps in our journey, and closed successfully without a hitch. All in all, Clay and team were attentive and detail-oriented, and made sure we had all the information we needed to make informed decisions, and the transaction could not have been smoother.
