I highly recommend Mortgage Specialists, LLC! As a first time home buyer, I did not know what to expect in terms of the overall home buying process. Mortgage Specialists, LLC was extremely helpful and they guided me through the process every step of the way. They helped temper my expectations and they were upfront and honest about what to expect in a not-so-buyer-friendly market. I worked primarily with Brent Rasmussen and Sarah Stone and they both were not only extremely knowledgeable and professional, but polite. I took the advice and suggestions provided by Brent and was able to find a home in a relatively short period of time. I have friends that are using different firms and unfortunately they have been looking for over a year. Once I found the home, thanks to Sarah Stone, we finished all of the necessary paperwork, underwriting and closing preparation well in advance of the closing date. They made the process seamless! I will be recommending Mortgage Specialist, LLC to my friends and all others going forward!

Mortgage Specialist LLC are truly specialists. Getting our home loan started in February of 2022 was very scary, With the Russian invasion of the Ukraine, inflation rearing its ugly head and supply chain issues we wanted to lock in before things got out of control. Our Specialist kept a close eye on rates and locked us in as soon as they could. Everything was done via email and text allowing my husband and I to continue on with our busy schedule of babysitting grand children and making home selections. Sarah kept in touch to get up dates on the house and when closing would take place. Everything went through without a hitch! What a great team to work with! For various reasons I was having trouble finding a lender who could help me refinance my home. The Mortgage Specialists team showed me other lending options I hadn’t considered and I was able to refinance at a great rate with cash out for some home improvements.
