She was always very supportive and pro active in facilitating and providing all the support I needed. Wonderful group to work with! They were able to help me out in a very timely manner. I was unable to get my prior mortgage provider to help me out even after months of work. I explained how I wanted both of my lots (which were under 1 loan) to be separated and they took care of everything. They even gave me the 2nd lot free and clear with no extra charge to me. I did do a cash out though. To say thank you, they even sent me a high quality USA flag and house mount flagpole. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to refinance! Great job guys!
