When my son and I decided to refinance his home, we were pretty clueless as to what it would entail. We were overwhelmed with offers of low interest rates. JR was the first person to respond to our request who was calm, informational and honestly helpful. The process was involved, but each time a new huddle was thrown at us, JR was there to walk us through it. We even had him start the process over when a lower interest rate offer came in the mail. He didn't even heave a sigh!
