After our current loan servicer failed to get a streamline refinance done after 4 months, I called Shannon to discuss our options. I recently refinanced my mortgage with Morgan Financial and had a great experience. Prior to working with them I tried to do a refi with another vender, but they were unorganized and difficult to work with. Throughout the refi process the staff at Morgan Financial advised me on how to get the best rate and worked with me while I collected all the required documentation. Morgan uses trusted electronic document communication software and at the same time they were flexible enough to except paper copies when it was more convenient for me to do so. It’s important to me that a company is up to date with tech and still maintains a personal connection with their clients.
