We had a "pre approval" but our broker stopped all communication based on supposed "legal law". Factual there is no law code prohibiting a broker of informing of supposed denial. Only the mortgage company can issue the denial letter. By law I am entiteld for further denial reason upon further request per federal lending act. We only where informed by our real estate agent who also referred us to Robert Martinson. At this point in time my conclusion is that he truly didn't listen from the begining as well did not want to make his advertisment true. Do business in person with someone is my advise localy to be truly treated with the upmost respect even if it's an honest analytical feedback if improvments have to be made. Honesty doesn't hurt anyone. Abruptly stopping all communication leaves open questions. Best of luck!
