I want to thank Monroe Funding in helping me get the loan and buy the house that I dreamed of! My closing was on 08/05/2021 (yesterday) and I am so happy that I own a house now (I was a first time home buyer)! Whether you work with Rosa, Alex or Doug-you will not regret it because they will do everything they can to get you the house/home you want. I will definitely contact them in the future if I need to. My experience with Monroe was excellent. I could not have asked for better. My initial contact was with Rosa who assessed what my needs were and advised she would get back to me.
