THE STAFF IS IGNORANT, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND RUDE. I ASKED BASIC QUESTIONS AND THEY COULDNT BE BOTHERED. WHEN ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANGER AN INDIVIDUAL INTRODUCED HIMSELF AS "JESUS CRUZ" THE OWNER. THIS MAN WAS ALSO RUDE AND SPOKE TO ME IN A CONDESCENDING TONE, WHEN ASKED SPECIFIC QUESTIONS ABOUT HIS PAYROLL ADVANCE POLICY. ITS A WONDER HOW EASY IT IS TO OWN A BUSINESS IN R.I

No information is the same between representatives. Just a couple of weeks ago I had went to the location on Cranston St and I had a check that I had signed the back of and checked the box for mobile deposit....The rep told me "I could take it even though it's signed, but because you checked off the box I can't" Today I go in to cash a check that I had signed the back of, thinking it's not a big deal and get told something completely different this time around. It's always some type of issue ...even when I cashed my 401K disbursement check...why do you need the envelope it came in when the check is made out to me and has my address on it and it matches my VALID state ID.

They close at midnight but the doors were locked before 11:58 and worker just shakes his head

Woman was rude and unprofessional having a personal conversation on her phone while I’m waiting to cash my check. Then the woman is rude and obscene saying my check was fake!! And that I had a scam check!! And refused to cash it rude and arguing with me in line !! I usually come here once a week but I’ll never come back again. My check was legitimate and nowhere else gave me any issues. Terribly run establishment.

This place opens at 4 am supposedly yet every single time I'm here I'm waiting. Now I get out of work at 3 so I already wait an hour for them to open. Currently I'm sitting outside STILL waiting for them to open as it's about to be 4:15 am. Horrible business strategy opening only when they please. I wish I could give them a half a star for the half a effort.

Usually I go there any night of the week and there is never a line which is great. They have free money orders, stamps, inexpensive to cash checks, faxing and copies for a small fee, professional and courteous staff.

Victoria is so rude rejected to cash my check due to discrimination she gave me a attitude over me telling her to help me cash my check I wouldn’t recommended this place to nobody they steal your money charge you crazy percent I will never step foot inside this place -

I just left the location in Cranston, RI at 810 Reservoir avenue after trying to pay my utility bill. This was my first time in that location and my last because of the level of customer service I received. I walked in and handed the teller " Kristina " or " Cristina " my utility bill through the glass window as usual. She starts to type on the computer and then asks me for my phone number so I give it to her. She goes and writes my phone number on the utility bill itself and then starts typing on the computer again. At this point I'm in a rush to my doctor's appointment and try to hand her $100 for my bill, but she doesn't take the money. She then asks me for my license which nobody has ever done to me when paying a utility bill so I go get my id and hand it to her. Now she starts doing some more typing on the key board and she looks at me and says " I need to take a photo of you " and I replied excuse me. She states to me that if I don't go along with her and take the photo I can go somewhere else. I took down all of her information and her bosses name in which she said was Rebecca. I tried calling the actual company Monimen and all I got was a digital answering machine and left a voicemail. I always go to the check cashing location on bald Hill Rd in Warwick, but this time I just happened to be in Cranston. I have never had any bad experiences at the Warwick location and not once did they ever ask me for my phone number or id to pay a bill. Do not ever go to the Cranston location.

After over 10years of loyal business paying countless bills and sending thousands of dollars via Western Union. I was turned away on cashing a equity payment check. Guess I'll open a bank account now.

Called to find out if I could cash my check there and was only told "I have to see it" about 10 times, once he said no, was also told he can't tell me anything on the phone and then he proceeded to try to hang up on me about 4 times bc I had a question he refused to answer. This was supposedly the manager. You are in customer service. But I'm going to guess it won't be for long. Horrible
