I had a great experience with Monica Valdez and her team.They were very professional and helpful with every question that I had. I have renters and car insurance with them and the process was very easy and explained in great detail. I would recommend her for sure. 🙏🏾

This office was really helpful in getting me set up with a homeowners' policy but after the policy was written they've stopped being helpful. I've reached out a couple of times with questions about my premiums but no one has answered the phone. I finally got fed up with it and called State Farm to request a transfer to a different agent. Part of the transfer process is that the new agent contacts the hold agent, well my new agent can't get ahold of Monica or her staff either. Now they have to escalate the transfer within State Farm. Extremely disappointed in the complete lack of any type of response. I suggest you go somewhere else if you're expecting even rudimentary customer service.

After adding a vehicle to my policy my bill was 45.00 higher than what I was quoted monthly. I called the office and spoke with a girl who had no idea what she was talking about and couldn't answer my questions. I asked to speak with Monica and she hung up on me. When I called back I was told that Monica was not in the office and she hung up on me again. This is the third time I have called Monica and every time I'm told she will call me back but I have yet to speak with her. Her office staff are unprofessional, rude and the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. She is never in her office and she has a bunch of kids running the show while she is out. My State Farm agent retired and I was assigned to Monica and its been the worst experience I've had with State Farm.

This Agency has great customer service! Keri is very personable and will do whatever she can to get you any type of insurance you need at the cheapest rates possible! I would fully recommend anyone to contact her in order to get new insurance or even switch from another insurance company. Their rates will beat competitors in most cases!

I changed agent because my first one was not very helpful, I told myself it can’t get any worse but I guess it can. It’s like they give out licenses to anyone. There number one answer was let me check it out it’ll call you back, that call back never happens. There receptionist always has to leave you on hold because she’s has to ask for answers. I understand I’m just one person but I pay my bills it’s not fair for people to just blow you off. Like I told them if you can’t help me just tell me so I know at least. Anyways I changed agents for the 3rd time hopefully it’s the last.

Everyone was so helpful on the phone. "Bullpen" situation for office appointment was really frustrating.

The other day I was helped by a young women named Alexis Martinez. She was so sweet and made my State Farm experience very efficient and was able to work with me though my stressful day. She has such amazing customer service and very good people skills. Good work Monica Valdez State Farm!
