Sonia has bad attitude. She has given misleading info. in the past regarding my ability to make same day payments. Never found out until I went to a different location that I was eligible to do so. And she consistently has a kind of bitter eye rolly attitude every time I come in. Other than that they’ve never made any drastic mistakes in terms of my payments so I’m giving three stars. Still, bad attitudes are commonplace (WHICH SAYS A LOT ABOUT MANAGEMENT).

Misty and Jenny are so sweet and helpful. Walk me through the signature loan process during these hard times and made me feel comfortable. Very professional and. Attentive to my needs. Walk in and be greeted by a nice staff. ☺️

Sonya refused to cash my husband's $147 check. But we went to check city and they had no problem verifying the check and cash it with no problem seems moneytree doesn't like BLACK MALES to come there and cash a check. I didn't know $147 was was worth profiling a customer but we know exactly what it was. Thanks to check city my kids can have food for the week. Sonya I hope you sleep well at night knowing how racist you are.

I was rudely sent to this location by an employee at Smith's to take care of western union stuff and I will continue to come to this location for any further money transferring. The woman who helped me was awesome! I fully recommend coming here for anything!

I have an account with moneytree and have probably been to at least half of the locations in the valley. Never have I been somewhere this customer oriented the service was quick and efficient no lack of details and the staff were very informative this is by far the best moneytree in the entire Valley

I just got the worst service ever at this location. I'm trying to cash a small check that's a couple of weeks old. $46. I make more than that half way through my shift at work. Misty's insulting attitude was truly appalling. Supposedly even though my name and, my spouse's name matches they can't cash it until they speak to my old property management. And when someone a customer asks for your work email there shouldn't be a questioning of it. I didn't know you think other people have the time to keep following up with you by phone.

Esme is GREAT!! She is always Super helpful. She’s professional, she always answers all my questions, she listens, and most important, she smiles :) She seems to love her job, and is always upbeat. It’s obvious that Esme loves helping people, and is extremely patient with everyone. I felt compelled to write a positive review for Esme. She is such a wonderful asset, I hope MoneyTree knows what a superb job she is doing. Thank you!!

I always feel welcome when i come in to this store. Jesus , Esme, Misty, and especially the manager Christian are all awesome. There are many money tree in henderson but this one is nothing like it. Great customer service i would give it 10 stars.

I go here to cash checks and occasionally get money orders. When you cash check that is a settlement check or something like that they treat like a criminal even if you been going there for years.
