    I just came in the store at 1107 am. Apparently they have two doors to this business and one is an exit only, yet there are no signs. So when I entered the exit only door the woman behind the counter kn the far right for was quick to let me know not to enter that door. The way she approached the situation was unprofessional mentioning the change in front of other customers. So when i got the counter and the man in front of me left i apologized and she proceeded to go on how the customers dont understand that it is one entrance and one exit. Then a guy entered after me and she didnt mention anything to him. I don't feel like returning to this location because of this rude woman. I suggest putting a sign on the door stating exit only.

    Woman rolled her eyes when telling me just like the lady ahead of me I entered the wrong door. The door doesn’t say anything and there are no signs outdoor. Maybe lock one door from the outside so people can only enter through one.

    service is slow management is disrespectful as it comes..came into cash a check, told me my check was a counterfeit "that it was not."then she ripped the corner off my check so I could not cash it elsewhere. Had no choice to comeback next day to have a large part of the check given to them.

    MAKE THEM CHECK ALL YOUR BILLS BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE. I was given a counterfeit $100 when I cashed a large check.

    The manager refuses to process Western Union pickups if your middle name is not on the transaction. We even called Western Union and they confirmed they do not, and can not, add a middle name. Highly recommend you do not do business here as management does not follow Western Union written policy and simply makes up their own rules.

    The rudest agent ever. The agent whose name is Stephanie was declining all the service to provide. When I asked the reason, she said I don’t feel like doing it. You seem like you have bad intention. What ? Do you provide service based on your instincts ? Save your time and don’t go there!!!

    THIS IS THE WORST!! LOAN ANGENCY IN THE ENTIRE WORLD!!! THEY ARE SEXIST!!! THEY ONLY GIVE LOANS TO WOMEN!!! I LITERALLY TRYED EVERY THING IN THE UNIVERSE TO TRY TO GET APPROVED FOR $50 AND THEY SAID NO!!! I HAVE AN ACTIVE BANK ACCOUNT THAT I HAD FOR MORE THAN 9 MONTHS. I HAVE AN ACTIVE JOB AND WORK TONIGHT!! I HAVE OKAY CREDIT!! I HAVE ALL THAT YOU NEED TO GET APPROVED TO BORROW $50. AND YET STILL THOSE WOMEN STILL DECLINE ME FOR TAKING OUT A LOAN FOR $50.00. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU LOVE BEING STRESSED TO DEATH. ITS WAY EASYER TO GET BOTTLES AND CANS FROM TRASH CANS ANS RECYCLE THEM FOR MONET. I PERSONALLY CONCLUDE BY SUGGESTING TO GOOGLE TO SHUT DOWN THIS BUSINESS. I GIVE THIS 1 STAR AND VOULS GIVE IT A NEGATIVE 1 STAR IF I COULD. THANK YOU GOOGLE. :)
