Was in today 6/15 and had a Spanish speaking gentleman cashier in the AM. I was in such a rush and he was so accommodating and pleasant! I’ve never been to a facility like this so I didn’t know what to expect or what I would need. He made my visit so quick and easy! He has wonderful costumer service and such great energy during transaction. This facility was also very clean and the establishment was well kept.

Wouldn't even serve me because I signed my check before getting to the window. I work for a competitor and know that is not a reason to be denied service. Never will I come to money tree again!

Walked in to a great welcome and was attended right away. Great place to go cash my check with a fast and friendly service. The person who help me was great ask me about my day and actually seem to take interest in my day. She was also super friendly and help me without a problem.

Went to pay a loan and my card was overcharged $600. Why the great review? The employee who made the error quickly got her manager to assist with the problem. After a few phone calls and a 20 minute wait they were able to give me the money that was overcharged in cash so that I may deposit it and avoid any overdraft fees dealing with the hassle of business days waiting for card transactions to be voided etc. I've never had a problem here over the years and the one time I experience a situation I thought wasn't going to be resolved quickly, it was handled professionally and worthy of being noted. Thank you to Olga and the staff at Money Tree for being there when I need them!

Rosario is an AMAZING employee!! She was very polite and went above and beyond to help my boyfriend get a loan, despite tricky circumstances with his employer. I also received $25 just for being his referral. :)

Don't go there terrible place to get a loan I suggest ace loans

Steven was amazing! He helped us get the money we needed to be able to fix our car before payday. I'm so happy they made this experience so much easier!

Tried to place the blame on me that i was given a bad check one that turned out to be a scam even tho the lady at the counter called the bank to verify funds and to verify the check tell me how its my fault if i had no clue and they are the ones that called to verify the check not me. I received and cashed it in good faith

Came here for the first time, and Diana was upmost professional and attentive, definitely will return here versus any other place. She was great help and customer service oriented that I was impressed, keep up the great work

Always greeted by someone eager to assist. Applied for a small loan and was offered more. Have paystub, cellphone, ID & bank info handy. Took less than 20 minutes to process & explain repayment options. Cashed payroll checks for free while my loan was active. Convenient card issued to present in lieu of ID on future visits. Courteous and upbeat customer service representatives.
