Moneytree S 1st St, Yakima

The last couple times I've came here, i went to the same lady and she is nice to other people that i see her communicate with; But when she talks to me it makes me feel bad because she talks to me rudely and she asked me what my income was for. Im so nice to her i have very polite manners and the way she treats me as a customer literally hurts my feelings. She hasn't any patients and if i ask her to repeat she rolls her eyes and repeats back to me in a rudely manner.

Worst money tree ever. They tried to kick everyone out of the entire parking lot. The lady was rude and said we had to leave if not she planed to call the cops. This money tree has multiple essentials businesses that use the same lot. Its a public parking location and I'm sure the other bussnesses located here have a different option to money tree blocking off the parking lot. Bad taste will no longer be doing business with them and I will have to change my pay location for my phone bill. I hope the other bussnesses sue them for lost of business.

They charged my savings account instead of my checking account for my payday loan and caused me to have many charges and fees not only from them but from my bank as well. It was not the first time I had gotten a payday loan and they had all the right information but they charged my savings account instead of of checking for some reason this time. They did not charge me just once either but multiple times. Between the bank and Moneytree I was charged $250 of fees. If they would of used the correct account everything would have been fine just like every time before. After I proved it was their mistake they refunded my money as did my bank however their mistake negatively affected my credit score and they still don't claim responsibility even after I proved it was their mistake. I am pushing this review so this does not happen to anyone else. If they charge your savings account go there call your bank and work it out because they will not stop charging you. This company refused to take any responsibility.

Gets busy at times but I'm in&out. Thnx money tree.

I just wanted to extend my sincere thanks to the staff at the Yakima Moneytree. They caught someone attempting to fraudulently cash a check that I had mailed to a contractor, that obviously didn't make it into the right hands. Their quick thinking and responsiveness saved me a large amount of headache, and I can't thank them enough.

Maria, was very helpful in my western union transaction. Had alot of patience. Very professional, christian, was very quick and knowledgeable. Want to publicly thank them.

It's happens..but by Grace n faith gods hand is still upon money tree.so give em breaks.i have gone there.Christian was koolin.marrisa was tough but fair.they really try accommodate the needs of people here n Yakima wa.money tree is all good.aka cheddarbugg God add increase..

Couple of employees were murdered there. You can see a memorial has been made at the corner. Scary place to go now.
