Been cashing my payroll checks here for a little over a year without any issues. It’s always a fast process. All the employees are great / friendly but i want to give a extra shoutout to ALEX. I’ve worked with her most and she just overall makes sure I’m taken care of and leaving with a smile. She’s also always genuinely interested in how I’m doing. After working in customer service myself for many years, she’s a perfect example of how you should treat a customer. Thanks for making getting my funds a lot easier.

I tried to cash a rent relief check there. The girl told me they wouldn’t do it. Because I signed the check, then I asked for the manager and she told me she was the manager. I WOULD NOT GO BSVK THERE!

I received a check from a class action lawsuit and had no idea. It sat at my mom's house for 5 months. It was still good for 30 days. I went to 8 check cashing places prior to Moneytree and they weren't even attempting to help me. Moneytree cashed it without any hassle. They were friendly. I came in to the highland location and purchased a few money orders. I love that this location offers free envelopes and stamps. it makes it so easy to drop the money orders at the post office. Thank you for hiring such a professional staff. I really loved the service provided to me by the teller by the name of Alondra. She really made me want to return and keep doing business with this location.
