The teller Susana was awesome, very cordial, professional and informative, not only do I always cash my checks with Money Tree but she informed me I could deposit whatever money I may like on to my on my bank card while cashing a check with them, very fast and easy just how I like it, No ones ever mentioned that feature to me until Susana how convenient to do this on a Sunday, thank u so much Susana. 👍

Rachel no longer weeks grave yard bummer the current status made me wish i was in a Wells Fargo. i cash my checks here for five years been a pure joy. now i just get the run around talking me to come back during business hours because they can't verify that funds are available at this moment. im not going to go into how modern banking with i assume we all know "the funds are not available right now" is about the most irellevent statement one could claim. the account is"active" would be technically correct. i was able to verify via the business account check verification line inside the money tree branch in two minutes with a live operator at wells Fargo. in the past money tree people always looking for the way to make things work has been my experience until now. after having verified the check myself neither of the MTree tellers would attempt it them selves . i have never experienced anything close to that kind of banker mentality in all the years i have done business here. sad sad day... thank you for not pushing that mediocrity envelope ...

Moneytree 6016 W Tropicana Ave 1, Las Vegas, Nv 89103 I called at 1pm on the 3rd of June 2016 and was assured that my payment was moved to the 8 June. Come to fine out my accounted was overdrawn because of the incompetence.

Lost paper work on loan gave my name ss# b date & name of my company with location of my job . I only wanted to know if I was late paying back the money . Nothing else not the amount or any personal financial info.. just yes or no if it is late . . Thanks for not helping with my request.

I took a payday loan with Moneytree that was due 3 days before my payday. Talk about setting up a customer to fail. I paid the bloodsuckers off, in full, as soon as I was paid but their mistake put me in a worse position than I was in without taking out a payday loan. If you're in a tough spot and need to take out a loan - stay away from Moneytree; stay far, far, away...
