I haven’t done a loan with them as yet but sending money is great so far. Place looks clean ,businesslike, never crowded. The workers are pleasant looking,polite, helpful and ever so kind.They work quickly and efficiently to get you out as quickly as possible. I use this location to cash my payroll cheques, as of the time of this writing (and for the foreseeable future, will continue to visit this location for that very purpose). The service is responsive to the influx of customers; the employees, themselves, are attentive; and, overall, I've never had a difficult experience in the times I've needed their services. Location-wise, it is located on a fairly busy vein of road, though parking shouldn't be difficult to obtain. Polite, professional, and always keeping me informed, I couldn't ask for more of this business.

A breath of fresh air compared to the other brand closer to my home. I got hassled and would have wasted over half an hour and loads of aggravation, had I not left and went to Moneytree. I was in and out in less than ten minutes with a cooperative professional with excellent customer service skills.

Went to take out a small Payday loan and was a complete waste of my time. I work for a great company that sometimes uses multiple temp agencies to do their hiring. It is a Temp to Hire position but they wanted to call the Temp agency and confirm that I was guaranteed my job for the next 60 days. There are very few jobs in Vegas that can guarantee you will be employed over the next 60 days. If you are late everyday and or no call no show than you won't have a job. Even though they told them it's a temp to hire they still wouldn't do it. Terrible service and it would have been easy profit for them because I was planning on repaying the loan in 4 days. It literally felt like they were looking for any excuse to turn away my business.

Elizabeth was very pleasant and help each and every visit. Has me in and out in less than 4 minutes!

Wow! I came into cash some checks. We had some issues with the company who issued the checks so I was frustrated and just about to give up. Victor was steadfast. He did not give up. Because of him checks were cashed I appreciate him. And the manager I did not get his name he was awesome too. I've never had a need to use moneytree before but if this is the customer service you get, I want to know what else they offer. This is a business I will come back to. Awesome customer service.

I deal with two moneytree locations. This is one of them. They are always friendly, knowledgable, personable, and timely. Alyssa helped me last time. We had a quick chat and laugh. She exudes sincerity. Everyone I have dealt with there has been nice. If I ask about prices/fees, they are quick to provide me with the numbers. I never feel like they think I am bothering them. And I appreciate that.

Let me start by saying that I went to another check cashing place prior to coming to Money Tree! WORST mistake ever.. the other place gave my husband the run around for 2 days because his tax return check was more than 30 days old. SMH!! But I call Moneytree and spoke to Elizabeth, I explained to her my situation and after speaking with her manager she said they would be able to cash it NO problem. Well I walked in and Xochitl took care of us right away. She was polite, professional and most of all made us comfortable enough to come back for any future needs. Thanks Xochitl!!!

don't bother going to this location I had to check that I couldn't Mobile deposit and therefore I had to cross out the mobile deposit part on the check and rather than even try to deposit this check they just straight up told me oh we can't sorry bye so much for all their good reviews that I read about them working with people and trying to figure stuff out apparently they're they don't do that at all

my experience here was very amazing elizabeth helped me with my concerns and made sure i got the help i needed i definitely recommend coming back here if i have any problems in the future please give her a raise .
