I have had the pleasure of working with Missy at State Farm in New Prague for over 15 years, as well as Molly and others for several years. They have all been extremely responsive and helpful, and fantastic to work with! If you are looking for insurance, or considering switching providers, I couldn't recommend them enough!

I am truly impressed with this agency and how helpful and friendly they are. Searched for someone local and I worked with Missy during our move to town; she provided numerous quotes and explained everything clearly. And the pricing at state farm is half what I was paying elsewhere. Five stars.

My family have used Molly's branch of State Farm for basically my entire life! From my mom getting a policy when I was barely a year old to myself now with my own life insurance, car insurance, renters, ECT. They have always been so kind and always work to find what works best for you! I mainly work with Missy or Kathy when I'm there but no matter who it is, there's a smile on their face, a readiness to help, and a joke or 3 to be cracked as well! Now that I'm all grown up, and I have a little man of my own on the way, I know having them in my corner means my family will be protected no matter what life throws at us! It truly does feel like they are family every time I walk in the office or get/make a phone call!

I called about 10 minutes before closing on a Friday, trying to get my golf cart insured so I could use it right away on what was a beautiful night....not only did Kathy from Molly’s office take care of me, she personally hand delivered the hard copy policy to me at city hall which was needed for a permit. That’s amazing!!! So appreciated!!! Great customer service, highly recommend to anyone. Thank you Kathy!!

My fiancé and I just bought a home and needed home insurance so we began shopping around. Molly's branch already had great reviews so we contacted her and a few other agents in town. We were connected almost immediately by Missy, who gave us a phone call and she was so informative! She was there to help us even if we didn't end up going with State Farm.
