From start to Finish my sales person Stan was great. I can’t say enough good things about the customer service. They have answered all questions came out when I had trouble fixed what was needed to be fixed. There service guy ( William) is the best he is very polite and cares about your home. He is very smart at what he does. I have never had to clean up after any of his work he does the cleanup for you. Now that is service. I Love My Home. We bought a home through Stan . The staff is friendly and honest . Stan kept in contact with us through every step of the way making sure everything was being done right or doing it him self , answering all our question at all hours of the day . Stan was not scared to get his hands dirty either , doing most of the work him self , to making the pad for the house , cleaning out trees etc . When doing the paper work for the property that the house was going on was actually my fathers. With my father being older and ill , Stan drove over an hour to come here and bring my father papers he needed to sign even though he is a busy man . Stan Jr. made sure I got exactly what I needed and worked with me for months with a USDA One-Time Close lender. He took a piece of raw property that had never been cut or built on and made an awesome home for me and my family. He is the man and if there is something he doesn’t do he will find somebody to do it right the first time. I grew up in a stick built home in Cypress and The Tru Thrill I bought has made me feel the same security that I grew up feeling. I liked his work so much I had him come back and do a driveway for my shop building. If something wasn’t right he always found a way to fix it in a timely manner. 10/10 would hire him again.

I can not begin to express how wonderful these people are to be able to buy a home from. They are so friendly and when I was having bank issues. Stan Jr. even came down to the bank to help me out. They really go out of their way to help you. Now the wonderful woman who helped me find my forever home is amazing. We spoke while walking to go see what they had to offer as in homes. She showed me one and I liked it. The thing I was not expecting was Dequita Apostolo was watching me and figuring out what I liked. She showed me home #2 . I walked in and I found my home. No....Dequita Apostolo found me forever home. I wanted it more then anything in the world. I love it! She knew what my heart and soul wanted. She could not have been more friendly or helpful. I almost cried it was and is so perfect. I am so far very impressed with any repairs needed they have been on their A game. We would highly recommend Mobile Homes for Less to anyone looking to purchase a new home. Their staff and customer service are amazing. We had a lot of unique issues with our land/home deal, and Stan Jr went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled and to take any stress away from us. He is very knowledgeable and professional, but most importantly, he honestly cares about his customers, wants and needs, and he did everything he possibly could for us. We were truly blessed that we chose them when we decided to buy. Our house had to be ordered and he and Jessica walked us through that process, and every single step after that, even ones out of the ordinary, and we had quite a few! They were both beyond helpful and the house and land are exactly what we hoped they would be, we couldn’t love our home more! The buying experience has us relieved that they are who we’ll have in our corner should we ever have any issues in the future. We know we will be in great hands! Stan and family were very accommodating in helping us select a home, to helping entertain our young ones to meeting us after hours. We had several obstacles to cross as we’re located in the Waco area but Stan delivered as promised. After trying several local companies we found a better deal and experience using mobile homes for less! I would caution anyone installing on new land to consult with a local sanitarian as laws in our county were not easily defined and were more stringent than tecq standards. This was the most taxing part of the whole process but Stan helped find a way and I believe we both learned a bit in doing so.

The best people when getting my mom’s house. The pandemic had everything backed up and no homes were available without a couple months wait or way overpriced, Stan jr had one on his lot and she bought it. Their service, loyalty and concern for making sure everything was good with my mom and her home was just like dealing with family. They went above and beyond anything we ever expected.
