Horrible service, horrible communication, and horrible business practices. It took them 2 1/2 months to give me the "clear to close" even though my finances and documentation were in order. The Morgage Broker for ML Corporation did a horrible job on managing expectations on deliverables and timing. They are also so antiquated that they don't do online payment and you have to mail in your check every month to pay the mortgage. They entice you with a low interest rate and then hit you with all of these fees at closing of which they had to pay me back because they overcharged. I would give them zero stars if it were possible. Please beware!!!

I had a great experience using ML Mortgage for my first condo and then a single family home. Zain was a savior when he took over getting my loan approved for my first condo (initially I had a really sketchy broker and I had to change lenders last minute!) Zain did a great job closing on the loan successfully while explaining every step throughout the process. He also reached out to me to refinance when the rates dropped. Refi was a smooth process with Zain & Kiara. They made every step easy to understand and follow. When I used ML Mortgage again for the single family home purchase (in this crazy market), without a doubt, it was a pleasant experience. Always has some type of proposal, scenario if not a Pre-qualification letter ready to go either the same day or 24 hr turn around. He responds right away when myself or clients calling him.
