From personal experience. The people that works here are not trained properly to handle all the wrong information the system texts or emails you. They ask everyone to fill out the Google customer service to give all five stars because they gotten you approved as if they did you a favor. I always paid on time but the system always says something different. I've visited the store here on schedule payments and there's no one never here. I started paying online and still receive late notice and I never was. I visited a location in Richland and she was so very helpful. She understood and explained things perfectly. At this point I'm getting harassing emails and text msg I feel like I need a lawyer. I won't recommend this to no one high interest and the system crazy. Every time a payment is due there's a problem on their end. Biggest mistake I could have ever made.

Marquieta was so helpful and fast! She had the best customer service I have ever had and was very welcoming in a hospitable way. I will surely come back if needed.

Mrs. Marquieta was the most friendliest and helpful representative. She got on the ball as soon as I walked in the door. I was in desperate need of help and a nervous wreck and by the end of everything she made sure I walked out of there happy and confident in my decision. Thank you!

This is the one place where the employees are friendly with their customers. I've come a couple of times and everybody is awesome. I'd like to point out Carmen specifically. She always has a smile on her face even when it's crazy busy! I recommend this place of business to anyone that needs a quick financial loan.

The worker ms Charlotte that serviced me was professional and very sweet. She actually took the time to service me and made sure I left with what I needed. I was more than satisfied with her overall service
