Don’t waste your time at this branch. I would only go to the Napa Street branch if you’re in the area. Every experience I’ve had at the branch is over 30 minute wait time and they still don’t know how to service with a smile. Was told by the online service people to come in to accomplish the task I was looking to do and this branch had no clue as to how to help me after being in there for 40 minutes.

I never get a friendly teller or banker at this Mission Fed location. I get curt responses to questions, bitter attitudes, and judgemental stares from the people who work here. It's the most unfriendly credit union or bank I've had the displeasure of banking with. I go in there with a smile and good attitude, I leave feeling like I just caused someone terrible pain because I gave them work to do. I'll be driving to the location that gives me better service later this week to close my checking account with them.

I was 2nd in line to make a simple cash withdrawal--shouldn't have to wait long, I thought. Wrong. After 15 minutes I was still waiting, and those of us in line were invisible to the employees walking around. Not one "sorry for the wait" or "thank you for waiting". When I finally got to the teller and was asked about my day, I mentioned the long wait. "Short staffed" was the reply, as if that excuses it. There is no excuse for indifference.

I was immediately greeted by Miss Jill, who directed me to Miguel for a new account. I am so excited to have access to the “Coin Machine”. Thank you, Mission Federal Credit Union.

Very courteous, professional and helpful staff. I have and had many accounts in different banks for many years. This office was recommended from the manager of one of the banks that I work with for the service that they could not provide and I am so glad that he did. Their service surpassed my expectations specially my demanding wife's. Jasmin was the main person that I dealt with throughout the process. She was awesome, pleasant and receptive. Thank you mission fed for having such a wonderful staff on board. Keep up the good work.

Extremely rude teller that scoffed at me when I didn’t know the exact amount of cash that I came in with. Proceeded to blame her laziness and lack of desire to count my money on possible error with the money counter, followed by condescending remarks on what to do next time as if I haven’t ever been to a bank before.

Miguel M treated my car loan with a global view and as a result - he assisted me in a substantial loan % reduction. Very patient with my challenges. Happy!👍👚

Tellers are always friendly and helpful here and I seldom have to wait to be helped. I really like Mission Fed!
