I sent in a few bank statements, pay stubs and a couple other documents and Josh and his team took care of the rest. He was always quick to get back to me when I had questions, kept us up-to-date on the progress, and made sure we got everything signed in a timely manner so they could get us to closing ASAP. He has a very good sense of the market, and based on his recommendations, we were able to lock in our loan at a stupid low interest rate.
