Absolutely the best credit union ever! They know my name when I walk in, they are always willing to help and explain any banking term or concern, and the most important part...They genuinely care about you!! Thank you MACU and happy holidays to you all!

So I stopped in here per recommendation of my fiance to get something notarized. Staff was amazing, quick, and very friendly. I wasn't a member and they were still willing to provide service. I would definitely recommend them based on their professionalism especially Katie Greene.

Wonderful loan officer who went above and beyond to get the appraisal work completed on time. Ann surprised me by even answering email on Saturday night. The entire process went very well, questions were answered with patience and promptness. Very impressive. I highly recommend!

If you know peoples account number u can call an access their account. pretty shady if you ask me, since when you walk in the ask u for your account number.

I had them make out a Cashier's Check for me.. and they wouldn't cash it! They stated that it was never made out when I had them make 2 hours prior to me trying to cash it!! OUTRAGEOUS!

I love this place! I decided one day to refinance my car as I had a very high interest rate from the dealer. Brian was awesome and was able to bring it down significantly! A few months later hubby and I decided to buy a camper. The rates at the dealership were awful. Brian to the rescue again! He was able to get us a loan with a very low interest rate and had everything ready for us to sign that very day. Superheros at work!

Ann is incredibly helpful and assisted with my home loan application by not only providing personalized estimates but also assisting with comparing Millstream's rates with other lenders, which vastly helped me make an informed decision that was best for me and my family. I cannot say enough good things about her and all that she has done for my family! Thanks Ann! :)

* What a horrible bank. Do Not do business here if you dont want to be humiliated. * I Applied for a small loan with Amanda on a Monday and she told me she would contact me Wednesday to tell me if we were approved or not. I waited all day Wednesday and never got a call back. I tried to contact her all day Thursday and she never answered my phone call. All of the other people that did answer my phone call kept telling me they would call me back with an answer and none of them ever did. * I wonder if they would have treated me this bad, by not being able to give me a 10 second call with a no or yes answer, if I was a millionaire customer. * Do not bank here if you're a little guy/gal. It seems like they dont give a damn about us. * I would like to give them a zero star for their service but google doesn't have that option.
