Steve is amazing, from start ton finish. We banged this refi out in under 30 days. Steve was extremely informative and quick to answer all questions (like within minutes to a couple hours at max, but usually within minutes of my email)via email or phone call. I tried doing a refi months earlier with a family friend, and it was a complete S. Show. We spent 3 months working on it with a horrible appraisal, and un accurate credit rates and not the interest rate I was looking for. Steve used up to date info, and credit ratings, gave me a doc list the first day, and never faltered from that list. His online system is super easy and practicle. Every step was easier then the one before it. All in all, I will never use another lender, and will be referring all my friends and family to Steve. Your a rockstar man, keep it up!
