I'm a first time homebuyer and had only about 2 years of building credit on my own after divorce. I was not only skeptical that I would qualify for anything, but I was nervous about the process being tedious--or the broker being pushy. Noah Acosta from Milestone made it both incredibly easy and crystal clear! Filling out the application was done online (in my pajamas while watching The Office reruns) and sending my tax docs was as easy as snapping a pic and uploading it (pretty sure I had a glass of wine in my other hand while I click-clicked). Most of our communication has been over email (I preferred it that way) but I know he's available for a phone or face-to-face meeting if I need it. Overall a great experience with Noah and Milestone...looking forward to continuing with the process of buying a home for me and my kids.
