Ben Leonards did a great job keeping us informed of where we were in the process. He communicated what paperwork was needed with plenty of lead time so we were never stressed out. He was knowledgeable and gave us good advice when we were working through credit score vs. interest rate decisions. I really felt we were in good hands the entire time. Great experience. My dream home would not have happened without Emily, my real estate agent and Todd, my lender broker. My house was due for from someone the next afternoon and in this market, it was sure to be accepted. They stayed up late getting my offer done and ready for the morning.
