I moved to Melbourne 4 weeks ago from TX. This office is so friendly. Brooke, Shellie and manager Cole took my information and fixed everything from my old Texas office. I had no home Wi-Fi and they shared theirs with me. Always smiling. Always professional. They saved me. USE THIS OFFICE AND YOU WILL NEVER LEAVE.

So I was a little sceptical about changing my home/auto insurance after having been with my current/former provider from the age of 16 until now. I have had outstanding coverage and friendly, almost family, interaction with the agents working there and have nothing negative to say in regards to that company, but times & things change, and I decided to make a change. So far I believe I made a good decision. You could not ask for a friendlier, straight forward, group of people working at the Melbourne office. Tasha Duncan may be new to the business but from my experience with her, she will only continue to be a great agent. Morgan, Robbie, and Cole have all been amazing. Morgan helped me with my car insurance and Robbie was able to get more life insurance coverage for pretty much what I was currently paying. Everyone is professional and responsive. The girls make me feel like family when they speak with me. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I had no trouble at all switching from a previous insurance provider (that charged more) and having immediate coverage even as I was changing cars. This is a great place. Cody worked hard to get me good insurance at fair prices. He was super friendly and made my experience with State Farm so much better than anywhere else. If you need something just ask for Cody and he will get you taken care of.
