Applying for a loan as a self employed couple posed challenges that Mike and his team seemed very familiar with, and helped us stay ahead of the lenders requests for additional documentation, thereby keeping our loan approval on schedule. Don't waste your time with other lenders who pass you off to back-office representatives and delay your loan with communication lags, and lack of experience leaving you in a potentially bad and stressful situation. Mike was in direct communication regularly (even weekends), made it incredibly easy to send everything online, and got the loan we thought may be impossible done, on time, with a great rate.
