Everyone is easy to talk to, explains insurance info well to makes sure you understand your insurance and coverage. They actually answer their phone. If they don’t, they do call you back promptly. Debbie is Awesome! We always need to make changes to our insurance and it can get pretty complicated. However, Debbie stays on top of our account and responds to all out emails promptly saying the changes has been made. 10/10 would recommend.

I switched to Mike Orn at State Farm after being with another major insurance company and agent for 31 years. I left the other company because they failed me when I needed them most. I took a chance on Mike Orn, hoping for something better. Mike Orn saved me money on the rates. We had to file an auto claim and it went very smoothly. But the true test was when we had to file a big homeowners claim. Our home was hit by a hail storm May 2022. We needed roof and siding replaced. Initially, communication was poor and it took a long time for an out-of-state adjuster to inspect the house and finish his work. After several weeks, they sent us a check for 1/10th the cost of repair and denied the roof. I thought, here we go again…let down by another insurance company. But then I called Mike Orn direct for help. The same day, Mike Orn set things into motion with State Farm and got the right people involved. Mike Orn personally came to my house with two highly qualified local inspectors, including Jenette Mackey, who was exceptionally caring, considerate and professional. Inside of a week, I had a check in hand from Jenette Mackey for total repair of the damage to roof and all siding. We are so grateful to Mike, Jenette and the rest of the team at State Farm for making this right and taking care of us when we needed them most. My parents have also switched to Mike Orn and it’s good to know that Mike has our back.
