Mike Bass is the loan officer for the buyers of my home. We are moving to the Caribbean and have done extensive planning, travel arrangements, shipping of vehicles and personal belongings. We are purchasing a property there right after the sale of our house with the proceeds from the sale, but yet 3 days before settlement, Mike says he needs more time. He suggests we postpone the settlement for a week, just to be safe. This throws many wrenches into many plans! He gave us no heads up, no notice, just hey, you're not settling when we told you for months that you would because we can't do our job in a timely manner. This is unacceptable! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

This review is LONG overdue. Mike played a huge role in getting my wife and I into our first home together. His patience and commitment to his customers is unmatched. With the market being so hot, we had to place nearly 10 offers and we continued to up our budget to meet our wants. It didn't matter what time or day, when we called mike he was ready to write us a new pre-approved letter and go over monthly payments and questions. When our offer was finally accepted, the sellers wanted to move extremely fast, he got us to settlement in less then 1 month.
