    I went to their ATM on the weekend and the ATM kept my card! I called the police to get help and they said the bank has been having issues and there is suppose to be signs up saying don't use the ATM. Great. No help. No signs. Untrustworthy bank!

Update 2/4/19: We contacted the Festus Police Department and confirmed that there have been no other reports of ATM problems at our bank. Because we take all concerns seriously, we have had a complete inspection performed on our ATMs to ensure the machine did not malfunction. ATM machines are equipped with a safety mechanism that holds the card when the user does not remove it within 2 minutes after a completed transaction. When you didn't retrieve your card, it was held for security purposes. We have recovered your card from the machine, please contact our Festus branch for further assistance, (636) 937-5351.

    I think this bank sucks. I went through their drive thru and asked if they could give me two 10s for a 20 and the girl acted like I asked her a hard question. Then asked if I had an account with them which I do not and she said she could not help me because of that...if I am in the market for a new bank I will not go here becuz that is completely rediculous.

    Edit: One of the upper management reached out to me today. She was extremely kind and understanding of the situation. They've refunded me one of my late fees so far, and as soon as I find out the others they've promised to refund those as well. Thank you for making this right with me.
