Unprofessional; would not even give 1 star. They are horrible; unhelpful; rude and ignorant. Did nothing to resolve cyber scam, nothing--then put a hold on my account blocking me from my money with my drivers license. Do not bank at Midwest; totally incompetent employees from the President down to their worthless tellers.

Great small bank. The associates all ways great you with respect and courtesy. They are also very knowledgeable about their products and services.
