    Member services have become horrible at this bank. I have been here for about 5 years and going to be switching because of recent events. Their loans are terrific but their debit cards are constantly offline or whatever and their system is also down for maintenance also without warning leaving you stranded at the grocery store with a cart full of stuff. Also nobody ever answers the phones.

    This was a great place to bank through, until they redid thier website and Ive had nothing but problems with them. I am currently locked out of my bill pay options via the god awful pop money they outsource to. Better off using paypal.

    Fees are excessive, might as well have national brand. Also, there have been so many times when I couldn't use my card, how embarrassing, just because of their fraud protection. It was a constant battle to have to use my card. Lots of calls and hours on the phone to get at my own money, go elsewhere.

    Would rate 0 if I could. Save yourself the time and go make yourself an account elsewhere. Doesn’t tell you when they make changes to your account or even change your password.

    THIS PLACE IS A ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! It started when I recently went to make a withdrawl the teller told me they needed some paperwork because they were audited and didn’t have my paperwork. I told them I had NO clue that they needed my paperwork. I told her I’d bring it in this week but I work shift work and was doubling most of the week but I’d try. 2 days later my card is BLOCKED! I called and talked to the credit union and the lady didn’t know why it was blocked and unblocked it. It STILL would not work. I called the today because my card is still blocked and the number has been saying the phone lines aren’t in service, I sent an email. Hours later I called and talked to the CEO who happened to answer the phone and she said that my card was blocked because they couldn’t reach me on my cell phone or my work phone. (I have NO messages and NO missed calls or emails from them. My husbands number is even on there. He had NO calls) At this point I’m very frustrated, the CEO says that she wasnt sure how it got this far without my paperwork but if I didnt be quiet she would NOT turn my card back on. And THIS is the my issue...how tacky is it to block me of MY funds because you don’t like how I respond to a bank who is holding MY money and not communicating with me about my business. NO LETTERS, NO EMAILS, NO PHONECALLS. I’m always there and NO one has mentioned anything They are outdated. When your card gets blocked you will have to wait until the next business day (provided the phones work) before you can get your card on. Instead of the CEO asking for the paperwork and turning my card on she tried to bully me by not turning my card on. I’m completely disgusted and will have to go BACK to a larger bank. I tried to work with the credit union but this is ridiculous!

    Tried to pay my Teachers credit union car payment. Very rude drive up girl. Couldn't be bothered since I wasnt a member there

    Awesome bank staff. They are helpful and extremely friendly. Unlike most other banks they will work you to help you get what you need.
