I am surprised to see all of the negative reviews. I've had nothing but great service. The people I've spoken to were always polite. My most recent interaction was over the phone. My call was answered on the second try. I mistakenly hung up while on hold and the bank rep promptly called me back.

As A Union Carpenter I'm Forced To Having To Deal w/ Prolly The Worst Banking Institution, Definitely The Most Out Dated, Absolutely The Worst Customer Service (Rude, Hateful, Non- Caring, Lazy, Snarls, & Act Like Ur Dumb. As Far As App Services & Must Have 1 Phone Line That Sits Hidden In A Drawer On No Ring. It's Been Horrible For Years I Hate Having Our Carpenter's Name Attached To This. As They Don't Represent Our Trade Name Very Well. Idk Why We Continue To Let This Happen. They Need Us 2 Survive (Union Carpenters) Not The Other Way Around. 0 Stars & My Vote 2 Clean House.

Union Carpenter 435 we need to change banks! They can't handle the phones, I can't even get through to get my vacation pay! This place is the worst, I've been calling for weeks and can't get through!

Member for 10 years if not longer. Every experience is pleasant over phone and in person. The only downside is they are not the most up to date which limit me from utilizing them as much as I would like for my convenience. Great bank I will always keep.

I wouldn't recommend these shysters to anyone. They make up the rules as they go, basically to steal your money using fees that are ridiculous. You must maintain a certain balance, but if you have inactivity, they can use that required minimum balance in fees, but you can't withdraw that balance or close your account. It amounts to them stealing the last25 dollars in your account, and there is nothing you can do about it.

Being a union carpenter must make a difference here because they have always been good to me. That being said I think it’s time to update with a banking app and possibly work on answering the phone a little better. If they had a good app set up we wouldn’t need to call all the time

Never answer the phone . Called 6 times today . Called 2 dozen times in a month . Left 10 voice-mails Doesn't matter. Just ignored even though they have your money

Been a member for over 20 years, treated like family. Bill was great and we love Linda too. A lot of new faces now. Andrew has always been great too!

I can never get a hold of someone they always call me back the next day and to get a card replaced it always takes 3 to 4 weeks they say 5 to 10 days but this is my 6 card in 4 years and everytime is like this they probably forgot to send it out this is how it is dont think anything will ever be fast they are not in a hurry

Horrible service. No one answers the phone And when they do they are very rude. They should fire the whole staff and rehire
