Referred to this bank. Opened a checking and savings account. Made a deposit. 4 days later my account is completely locked due to fraud activity (me signing in from another location) first initial deposit pending then paid a bill 3 days later was considered fraud as well. I was interrogated why I have this account, what I’m using it for (to pay my bills), why did I use a different device to log in…etc. this was all done by a manager. She then proceeded to tell my once my deposit clears to take my money out and go elsewhere. I have never been treated by a bank this poorly. She was entirely rude!

Kellie is an amazing lender. Especially as a first time home buyer, she made the process painless and explained everything. I absolutely loved working with her.

Horrible horrible horrible customer service. EDIT AFTER THEIR REPLY I am not speaking about the protocols that were done. I’m talking about how one of your employees treated your CUSTOMERS during the process. No reply or excuse good enough for that.

Alisa Vaughn is the best Loan Officer! Because of her industry knowledge, we were able to get the lowest rate for our circumstances. I'm a repeat customer. She's helped us with a refi and purchase.

Went in to finalize a HELOC with Josh in St. Charles and we got to talking about other bank offerings. I didn't know minor accounts earn 1% on the first $1000 - that's awesome. Went back and opened 5 accounts for my great niece and nephews.

Manager Angela is very unprofessional. She is retaliating against customers by holding money that isn’t theirs because she doesn’t like the way she was talked to. Respect goes both ways, and when I’m not shown respect from the beginning I will absolutely not give respect back.

I have had a great experience with this bank until today. We are closing all of our accounts and switching banks. Angela with customer service has no business dealing with customers directly. Very unprofessional and rude.
