Staff at the branch has always been very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the reason for the 1 star is because of their business practices. I reached out to them about the possibility of a construction loan but per Pat Hartke (the mortgage loan originator) they refuse to work with any veteran who is looking to use their VA loan benefits. The only way they would entertain discussions on a construction loan is if I do traditional financing.
