MIDFLORIDA Credit Union Bay Pines Blvd, Bay Pines

I came into this branch as a shared credit union member. And I have no idea why anyone would ever become a member at this Credit Union. Although my teller was pleasant there was an old Grumpy teller 2 units down that interrupted myself and the teller I was working with (even though she had a customer herself) to say very loudly that just because my credit union says something , theirs doesn't allow it. Which the teller I was being helped from was able to say it in a much more pleasant way. Never would I recommend this place!

Do not use this horrible bank for anything. I closed my car loan 2 years ago paid off and they mailed me saying I owe them money because I haven't closed the account, this is 2 years later. The customer service phone number is so horrible its impossible to get ahold of any body and THEY DON'T HAVE ANY INDIVIDUAL BRANCH NUMBERS, THE ONLY WAY TO GET AHOLD OF THEM IS TO WAIT 3 HOURS IN LINE ON AN 800 NUMBER. If you use this bank after reading this, its your own fault, good luck.

I have never seen a financial institution that every branch is dysfunctional. I once was racially profiled while trying to cash a large check. I continuously experience slow service and outdated banking. I was a long term member, not sure when they went wrong, but they definitely need restructuring.

I was in town for vacation from Ohio and needed to do shared banking. Tracy was extremely pleasant welcoming. It’s great to see the credit union values in practice!

They are Awesome people with Awesome results!

A little hard to get to especially being on the VA campus and having to go through COVID screening however they are one of the very few credit unions that does shared branching.

Love this credit union! Great banking options and convenient hours. Rates are great on loans. The staff is very friendly and helpful from Susan & Julie at the desks to the tellers.

The people that work the front counter are great people. but their loan department is terrible. I had a lady treat my wife and I like morons that have never secured a loan before. It was a terrible experience and we will never go there again we deserve better that that. Between my wife and I, we've taken out 4 loans in the past and never been treated like that before. absolutely piss poor. We went to a suntrust the next day and were treated with way more respect. Credit unions like this are a dime a dozen so I don't understand how you can treat potential customers with a complete lack of respect. Again the front desk people are very nice and polite but I will do whatever it takes never to go back to this place after the way the loan officer treated us.

Very rude staff. Waited over 10min for someone to acknowledge I was standing in front of the counter for help since I apperently got there just in time for social hour. Then after politely saying 'excuse me' I got met with a nasty attitude for my experience.
