MIDFLORIDA Credit Union N Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa

I had the very BEST experience this morning with MidFlorida CU. I wanted to get established with a reputable credit union.. here locally. From the minute I walked in, I was greeted by a beautiful hostess lady offering muffins and fresh popped popcorn :-) . Very welcoming. I then got to meet Mr Jeremiah Rivera, who was a complete pleasure to work with... He is professional, knowledgeable and respector of time... He made my first visit effortless and I was in & out in no time. I had a concern later on in the day and when I called the branch, the nicest girl answered the phone and took it upon herself to help me out. When I emailed Jeremiah, within the hour, he got right back to me and handled everything like the professional he is... We are moving into a day where we all need to extend grace to one another, as well as respect. I highly recommend this establishment for anyone who wants to experience what a genuine American establishment offers right here in our Tampa back yard. Thanks again guys.. all of you are wonderful. ❤️

Focus is definately NOT on Members/ Customer! I am shocked that management doesn't train the Team better .... a reflection on management! No greeting, pleasantries or even thank you. An absolute lack of basic manners and customer service ...... I'll have to contact the Board.

I Love the service I get from Nathan S. At the N. Dale Mabry location in Tampa ... the guy always does a great job!

I have been a customer with midflorida credit union for approximately 18 years.. however, the service has been less then perfect in the last couple of years...almost every weekend they will not recognise my password or the passcode send to my e-mail...I am locked out again and there is no way I can transfer additional funds to my checking account....fix this problem PRONTO!!!!!

This review is for the entire MidFlorida banking systems. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾horrible! They don’t provide documentation for paid off credit disputes. FYI, I’ve never banked with these ppl, and never will. Hopefully, someone reads this and doesn’t choose this place as their financial institute.My spouse has been in disputes with these ppl for the last two month’s. I’ve never heard of any bank/credit union/debtor declining black/white documentation to anyone that has paid their debt in full. So, if you’re reading this try Navy Federal/ State Employees Credit Union(SECU) they are transparent and straight up. I’ve had both for over 20 +yrs give or take. MidFlorida kick 🪨👊🏽

MidFlorida CU truly treats their customers like royalty. The staff members at the Carrollwood Branch are AMAZING!!!!! The tellers are top notch and always have a pleasant smile on their faces. They are patience and very kind to all of their customers 🙂. The manager Jeremiah went over and beyond to explain the business banking benefits, and even shared some additional member benefits that will surely allow my business to grow and make an POWERFUL impact for many in the community. They are what banking looks like with a ❤️.

Jeremiah Rivera was more than helpful when I came in to open an account with Mid Florida. I am very impressed thus far and the features/benefits are perfect for my needs!

This branch is a joke. Branch teller Heather was willing to lose 3 customers and close 3 accounts over $5.00. Yes a measly $5.00. I opened my account online and was not aware that there was a minimum balance . Who really reads all of the 25 pages of terms. Branch teller Heather also lied to me stating there was no branch manager nor assistant manager able to refund $5.00. Branch teller Heather was so eager to argue over $5.00 that she didn’t even care that the customer line was going to the door. Customer service here is S#|% do yourself and favor and take your money to another bank.

They don’t accept Legal ID if was not issued by USA. Gov, cops, every public association accept, but mid Flórida don’t because they say it’s there rules, no make sense at all.
