Frustrated and whoever spoke to me on the phone from the call center was condescending. Very rude. Will be closing account. Don’t waste your time here First National is just around the corner.

This location needs to train the tellers at the drive thru window on how to read and understand a deposit slip. We used the window a few weeks ago and I had to ask for the cash that I clearly wanted held out from the deposit. Made another deposit today and the 2 tellers that were at the window today were rude and bothered by our presence. We have banked at Midfirst for almost 18 years and I have never been treated the way I was today at this location. Will go to another location for a while until this location can remember what customer service is about.

My visit was nothing but superb. I had several items to establish and service and speed of service was wonderful.

Jesseca Manniga is very pleasant and professional to work with! She listens and addresses customers' questions, patiently.

Tellers and management lack common sense, will be closing my accounts with MidFirst after years of mishaps, BS fees, and inconvenience.

This location is always very helpful in everything they do and Tammy always goes above and beyond for her clients!

Jesseca and Camille are two of the kindest and most helpful people. When I was caught in a pinch, they stayed with me until my problem was worked out. I couldn’t have done it without them!

Not going back to this location. The tellers do not pay attention. Multiple times they have mixed up money from my accounts because they simply do not listen to the customer.

Nice people. Hours say 730 for drive thru but the office dont open till 9. For those who need to know this info. I woulda liked the heads up

Love this location...the people are super nice and don't mind helping (without being asked) when the change machine is acting up!!!
