Marion is absolutely wonderful. I walked into the branch today and she met me in the hall and knew my name and helped me right away. I needed a new debit card because I lost mine. She asked me how I was doing and we began talking like old friends. We even joked about going on a girls trip together to Vegas….just to get away and relax. She had my new debit card right away and I was able to choose my own PIN number. She made my day and she made such a great impression on me that I had to share my wonderful experience with others.

Branch manager Marion is one of the most incompetent, condescending, and rudest people I have ever met in the business world. She is so quick to move you out the door and on to the next customer as she is that incompetent of solving the most simple issues. I recently visited another branch and my issues were taken care of professionally and promptly no red tape. Upper management should take note...

I 100% agree with the previous review Marion is completely useless for any purpose you may need, in addition I find all the tellers to be gossipy to the point they don’t even care whether you have left the building yet before they are making comments about you…the eye rolling is getting old!!!! When we moved to Hopkinton last year, we Selected Middlesex Bank in Hopkinton Right away we we're impressed with the warm and welcoming attitudes of it's representatives. We we're pleasantly surprised to experience the ease with which we were given a modest Home Equity loan. They were, of course, cautious to review our records but handled our request promptly once our credit review was completed. A five hundred dollar limit is maintained on my debit card to prevent potential fraud, which I appreciate, but it occasionally requires a call to the bank to increase the limit for a day or two. It is also wise to advise the bank before leaving the state, lest they think my card has been stolen. Altogether our experience with Middlesex Bank has been a positive one, and we have appreciated their staff and their service. A special thanks to Vera and Sylvia who are always most helpful! And I wish I knew the name of the first teller who helped me graciously with several issues on a particularly frazzled day. Of course all the tellers are lovely.

I go into the Middlesex Savings Bank about twice a week for my business banking. The teller's are cordial and friendly. They accommodate all of my banking needs in a quick and efficient manner. If you are looking for a good local bank I would recommend them.

Warning to those who work in the legal Medical Marijuana Industry: this bank will close your account and not work with you, even if your legal cannabis business also banks directly within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. They will send you a letter stating that they will not only close your account, but charge fees and report your business the federal government. This is coming from an employee of a highly ranked Medical Marijuana Dispensary and Grow who received a threatening letter from this bank. If you support the legal Medical Marijuana Industry in Massachusetts, DO NOT BANK HERE.

You'll come in for their convenience and locations, you'll come back because the staff is phenomenal! They are the most competent and pleasant staff I have ever worked with.
